Hi All!

This is so much fun reading what everyone has been up to for the past 20 years. After graduating from Michigan, I went on to Culinary School at the Culinary Institute of America. There I met my husband, Fred and we moved to Elgin, Texas in 1992 to run a restored 100 yr. old restaurant. The culture shock was a little much and we moved to Austin in 1993. I have given birth to two Texans; Jacob, 10 and Samantha, 8. I am still trying to convince them that they are really New Yorkers, but they seem to be proud of their birth state. My husband & I are part owners of a local restaurant in town, but currently he is a restaurant consultant and is restructuring a hotel in Las Vegas. My desire to be a full time mom has led me to abandon the culinary business temporarily and work some part-time jobs.
