1985 MORE RECENT

How amazing to look through the pictures and bios. So much comes to mind when I think back 20 years. My compliments to David and the committee for setting this whole thing up. I'm writing from Seattle where I live with my wife (Izumi) and my two boys (Sho, 3 years and Yuta, 10 months). To make a 20 year story short, college (University of Wisconsin) and grad school (Johns Hopkins) along with living/working in Wisconsin, Washington DC and Germany has led me to this beautiful city in 1997 where I work in research with a bio/pharmaceutical start-up.

Coincidentally the one person I've kept in touch with through the years has also moved here to the Pacific Northwest, namely Dave Cleary, who lives with his family in the neighborhood next to mine. Nowadays we hang out with our kids in tow. It's been great getting in touch with old friends, and I look forward to catching up with a few more over time, since I (sadly) won't be able to make the reunion. Nonetheless, I do enjoy getting back to Larchmont now and again, as I still have family in the area.
