After graduating from MHS I moved to Florida and earned my Bachelors degree in Aviation Management and Flight Technology. I got my commercial pilot license and flew airplanes for a couple of years. Then I decided that my interests did not lie in the transportation industry anymore. I gave up flying and moved back to New York. I made a few major life decisions and then began working in the medical field. I started at a research laboratory, then at veterinary hospitals, and finally at a pediatric rehabilitation hospital. I began medical school in 1994 and completed my residency in dermatology in 2002. Since then I’ve practiced dermatology in Nassau County, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Presently, I hold a teaching position at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and have a solo dermatology practice in Rye.
I met my future wife, Dianne, in 1991. We were married in 1997 and now have two great kids ages 4 and 1 with another one on the way. We recently moved from the Bronx to a house in North Stamford, Connecticut.
I hope everyone is well and thanks to the committee for all of their hard work.
