The last couple of decades have been amazing... I moved to San Francisco on a lark for 1 year (that was 13+ year ago). Since then, I've had a career in marketing and broadcast working both on staff and independently throughout the years. Being based in San Francisco, has afforded me the opportunity to travel most of the western states and much of Southeast Asia. In 1998, I took a much needed 2 month leave from life to travel in Nepal and India. Friends introduced me to their friend Jeff who was moving up to San Fran from LA and was looking for a short sublet situation. He was such a good tenant that we have been married since the fall of 2001. In October (2004), we were blessed with the birth of our son Benjamin.
It's been a couple of years since I've been back to Mamaroneck (my family no longer lives in NY)... and I crave Sal's regularly (especially during my pregnancy)... for some reason it's impossible to find a good, cheap slice on the West Coast. I've run into Mamaroneck people throughout the years and keep in touch with a couple from High School. It seems so far away... yet so much like yesterday.
We are going to try to make it in for the reunion... and to introduce Benjamin to good pizza and hot dogs! Drop us a line if you are on the West Coast. See you soon!
